Street Medicine Partnership Donation Drive

The Street Medicine Partnership is an innovative program that connects Skagit Regional resident physicians and a Street Medicine Partnership physician with Community Action clients who do not have homes. Services provided include wound care, medication management, referrals to specialists, and most importantly, building trust and relationships with our Street Outreach Team, who walk alongside people until they are ready to opt into recovery programs and housing. The program gives out approximately 40 first aid kits per month, and is looking for groups or individuals interested in collecting items and putting together first aid kits.
