Who We Are: Viva Farms is a small farm incubator business. We launch beginning farmers by providing them with access to Land, Training, Equipment & Infrastructure, Markets, and Capital (The Essentials). This year, we have 18 incubator farm businesses in Skagit Valley. All of our farmers are trained in the principals of organic, sustainable farming.
Join us on Earth Day for a day of planting, weeding, beautifying, and celebrating an organization that prioritizes sustainability on this lovely planet!
What: Come help Viva Farms get ready for the busy summer season! Help with planting, raking, beautifying, organizing, and some good ole’ fashioned spring cleaning. Snack, tools, and gloves will be provided. Dress for the weather! Scheduled for rain or shine.
Why: To help Viva Farms beautify their property and make a better environment for farmers and visitors. To spend a day giving back to the Earth and organizations that support the sustainable use of the Earth. To meet some awesome new friends! To get your hands dirty.
