We are offering our signature Family-to-Family course for family members, partners, and supportive friends of adults living with a mental health condition this month. It is designed to help all family members understand and support their loved one living with mental illness while maintaining their well-being. It includes information on illnesses such as bipolar, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety disorders, ADD/ADHD, borderline personality disorder, schizoaffective disorder, and other mental health conditions. Treatment options, medications, empathy, communication, advocacy, self-care, and more are also covered. Thousands of families describe the course as “life-changing”. It is taught by trained family members who have lived through it.
Date and time: Monday, March 3rd through Thursday, March 27th (every Monday & Thursday) from 6:30 - 9:00 pm
