Family Promise of Skagit Valley

We are a National Affiliate. FAMILY PROMISE OF SKAGIT VALLEY is the 192nd Family Promise affiliate in the United States. There are over 200 affiliates operating nationwide and 39 more affiliates in development. Over 6,000 congregations and 160,000 volunteers make up these affiliates across the nation.

Family Promise helps local communities coordinate their compassion to address the root causes of family homelessness. We address the issue holistically, providing prevention services before families reach a crisis, shelter and case management when they become homeless, and stabilization programs once they have secured housing to ensure they remain independent. We tap existing local resources to empower families towards economic stability. Families come to us in crisis; we help them rebuild their lives with new skills and ongoing support.
