Welcome Home Skagit

Who We Are

We are a non-profit aligned with Angels for Angels, a 501(c)3 dedicated to helping others through education and advocacy, as well as transitional housing services.

What We Do

Welcome Home Skagit was formed to help develop solutions to the housing crisis in Skagit County, by working with public and private agencies to identify solutions and make them accessible to those who need them most. We work to educate the community on the causes, nature, and extent of homelessness, as well as its impact and current costs to the community, thereby building public awareness and support for community-based solutions. We also empower those experiencing or facing homelessness with advocacy, peer-to-peer mentoring, care management, and supported employment services to bring hope from hopelessness, restore dignity, improve stability, and return value to their lives and the community. We accomplish this through our Daytime Resource Center, Overnight Safe Parking program, Overnight Winter Shelter, Emergency Weather Shelter, as well as working toward future programs addressing the housing crisis in Skagit County.
