Humane Society of Skagit Valley

Who We Are

The Humane Society of Skagit Valley is a non-profit organization founded in 1974 to provide a safe haven to socially conscious shelter and care for the abandoned, abused, or unwanted animals within Skagit County. We are an open-admission facility; we do not pick and choose the pets we provide shelter and assistance, but rather, we accept any companion animal in need of care. We see over 2500 animals pass through our shelter each year and we are dedicated to humane, socially conscious sheltering of animals in need.
