Who We Are

Northwest Organization for Animal Help (The NOAH Center) is dedicated to stopping the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable and treatable homeless dogs and cats. We are committed to high quality spay and neuter programs available for low income residents, family friendly pet adoptions, humane education and volunteer programs through our state-of-the-art facilities and Spay/Neuter Center.

What We Do

  • Transfer Program: Through our 80 partner shelters across Washington state and beyond, more than 40,000 dogs and cats were given the second chance they deserve by being transferred to our facility for adoption.

  • Adoption Program: Our family-friendly adoption program and one-on-one matchmaking process allowed us to find more than 50,000 cats and dogs their forever homes.

  • Spay/Neuter Program: We are tackling pet overpopulation at the source through our high-volume, high-quality spay-neuter program where we have performed more than 140,000 surgeries for low-income members of the community.

  • Foster Program: Our devoted and hardworking foster families have provided a loving and safe environment for more than 10,500 underage puppies, kittens and special needs animals since instituting our foster program in 2010.
