Be the face that greets our patients, visitors, and caregivers as they come to the hospital and help provide a warm and friendly environment! Patient Greeters sit at the front desk and assist with questions, directions, and escorting patients to their appointments.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet patients and provide assistance in a friendly and positive manner
- Escort patients to various locations throughout the hospital. Can include using hospital wheelchairs (training provided)
- Notify staff of patient availability, problems, needs, questions or concerns
- Help Front Desk staff with small tasks as needed
